5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

5.1 Insurance Services

If you request cancellation within 14 days of service enrollment, you may choose to transfer the session to a later date or receive a refund. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days via the original payment method.

5.2 Information Products

Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are available only if no download or access has occurred within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us via contact.php. Refunds are processed within 5 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued within 15 days.

Certain services, such as bespoke advisory sessions, are non-refundable due to preparation and dedicated time allocation.
